These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit rikuflow.com, sign in to your account, start a trial, or buy a RikuFlow license (together, the “Services”). Using the RikuFlow software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement (“EULA”). How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Who We Are
RikuFlow is made by TMNSolutions Co., Ltd. (“TMNSolutions”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Vietnam, tax ID 1501107563, 65 Phan Van Quan, Thanh Phuoc Ward, Binh Minh Town, Vinh Long, Vietnam.
Usage of Our Services
You must comply with these Terms and the policies linked from them. We prohibit improper use of the Services, such as attempting unauthorized access to them or to other people’s keys, interfering with the Services, sending automated or bulk requests to the trial, sign-in or support forms, or bypassing the bot check. You must follow applicable laws, including export controls. Non-compliance may result in refused or ended trials, or revoked keys as described in the EULA.
Purchases: Lemon Squeezy Is the Merchant of Record
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (the seller of record). That means:
- Your payment contract is with Lemon Squeezy, under its own terms and privacy policy, which you see at checkout.
- Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, issues your invoice or receipt, and processes refunds.
- We never see or store your full card or bank details.
The license itself is granted by TMNSolutions under the EULA.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on the website. Applicable taxes are added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Editions marked as upcoming (currently Team) are not offered for sale. Their proposed prices are for information only and may change.
Delivery
After a successful payment we email your license key to the address used at checkout, usually within minutes. The email links to downloads for each supported system. If it does not arrive, sign in to your account with that address to see your keys, or contact us.
Free Trial
- A trial is free and requires only an email address. You start it from your account: on the website (signing in with an emailed link or Google creates the account) or in the app (we email you a 6-digit sign-in code).
- One trial per email address.
- The trial lasts 14 days from its first activation on one device, not from the day you start it.
- When it ends, the app asks for a license key. Your projects, exports and backups stay available to you.
We may refuse or end trials that are started automatically or in bulk.
Privacy and Intellectual Property

The content of this website is protected by copyright. Product names of third parties belong to their owners and identify integrations only.
Your Content and Our Services
You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights in the content you create with RikuFlow. RikuFlow runs on your computer: your projects, files and API keys stay there and never reach us. Generation requests go from your computer directly to the AI services you configure; our servers only see license activation, license checks and update downloads, plus what you choose to send us in a support request. However, you must not use RikuFlow to create, upload, share or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws, including:
- Child exploitation content
- Content that infringes other people’s copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Malware or malicious code
- Abusive or harassing content
Software
RikuFlow runs on your own computer. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the software under the EULA, which sets out device limits, the trial and what you may not do. Each license includes updates released during its update period, which may improve functionality and security.
Updates and Support
Support is documentation first, with help by email or a support request (from your account or from the app’s Report a problem) during your update period. Reports of bugs in the app are always welcome and never count against any support allowance.
Third-Party AI Services
RikuFlow connects to AI services that you choose and configure with your own accounts and keys, such as model providers, subscription tools or your own ComfyUI. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and prices. You are responsible for your accounts with them, the charges they make and your use of their outputs. We are not a party to those agreements. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you use RikuFlow and the policies of each AI service you use. Providers change their services; after your update period ends, a change on their side may stop a feature from working.
Refund Policy
You can ask for a full refund of a license purchase or a renewal within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. We may offer help with a problem, but you do not have to accept it.
- Ask by replying to your receipt email or writing to our contact address with your order number.
- The refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
- After a refund of a license purchase, the license key is revoked; after a refund of a renewal, the update period returns to what it was before the renewal. The app notices this the next time it checks online and then stops accepting that key. Files you created remain yours.
- Charges by third parties, such as AI providers, hosting or domains, are not part of your RikuFlow purchase and are not refunded by us.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Business Use of Services
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. The business entity accepts these Terms and indemnifies TMNSolutions, inclusive of its affiliates and employees, from claims relating to its use of the Services.
Warranties and Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, TMNSOLUTIONS AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICES. We provide the Services “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Warranties for the software are set out in the EULA.
Liability Limitations
TMNSolutions limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We exclude responsibility for lost profits, indirect damages, data issues or third-party charges arising from use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the RikuFlow license concerned during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Modification and Termination of Services
We may modify these Terms, with 14 days’ notice before changes take effect unless a change is legally urgent. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to new visits and purchases; they do not change the terms of a purchase you have already made. We may discontinue or modify the Services with reasonable notice; this does not take away your license to versions you already obtained.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
About These Terms
These Terms regulate the relationship between TMNSolutions and you without creating third-party beneficiary rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
